A 'New Way of Thinking' is Just What You Need to Achieve Your Health & Wellness Goals in 2022
‘Tis the season of making New Year’s resolutions. Now, as someone who helps people achieve their health goals, I’m not a huge fan of New Year’s resolutions. When you implement big changes all at once, you’re setting yourself up for failure. Change that’s lasting is gradual and takes time. Instead of a New Year’s resolution, I challenge you to do something a little different. I challenge you to start the New Year with a new way of thinking about your health.
